Foods to Include in Your Diet to Stop Hair Loss

Hair loss is a condition which is very common in most of the adults irrespective of age and gender. Although the causes of hair loss are many, it includes hormonal changes, genetics, age, nutrient deficiency, and many other factors which causes hair to fall.

Proper diet can reduce the hair fall, and it can help the hairs to regrow.

Hair growth is most prolific between the ages of 15 to 30. It may get slower after 40. Loss of hair occurs due to the deficiency of certain nutrients in the body. These nutrients can be regained with the consumption of food items which are rich in a particular nutrient.

1. Spinach

6. Lentils

9. Carrots

Carrots are not only good for our eyes but also acts as a natural conditioner which prevents the hair breakage. Vitamin A is an antioxidant micronutrient, also known as retinol, which helps to support the immune system, develops and aids in cell and tissue development.

10. Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Potatoes have a rich source of vitamin B6 and vitamin A, which aids in sebum production and speed up the rate of hair growth. It also treats as dry hairs and hair loss.
